School - Part II

Each of these homerooms has a class representative (inchou), who acts as a student-teacher liason. He or she often help introduce new students into the class (be they by transfers from different schools or other methods) and will make them comfortable. They also speak before the class begins, ordering the other pupils to obey her instructions before teachers enter the room.
